About the event
This free hour-long webinar will provide an introduction to Adapted Spiral Praxis (ASP), a new somatic bodymind approach to help children with special needs and disabilities learn motor skills. ASP is a child-centred teaching method that focuses on flow learning. In flow learning, children are provided opportunities to learn about their bodies through a carefully modulated developmental framework. Play, movement variety and a collaborative relationship between child and adult are key principles of the ASP approach.  ASP is also comprised of many cutting-edge original bodywork and movement strategies which can help parents/professionals in the field to really dial into their children’s progress. We encourage you to view our active AdaptedSpiralPraxis Youtube channel to see how powerfully ASP can change the course of a child’s physical life. Register and hope to see you there!
